To secure an Umrah booking, a non-refundable deposit of £250 per person is required at the time of reservation. The reservation can be made through our, authorized travel agents, or by contacting our customer service centre..

What is your cancellation policy?
If the participant decides to cancel the booking before making the full payment, the nonrefundable deposit will be retained, and no further charges will apply. In case of cancellation after making the full payment, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking for more details.
