Alhamdulillah, I had a wonderful Umrah experience with As-Safar Hajj and Umrah. Their service was excellent from start to finish. As this was our first Umrah journey, we had many questions, but Nabila apu was extremely experienced, patient, and supportive. She explained everything so clearly and nicely that we felt confident and prepared even before travelling. The ground staff, especially nabila apu, were also very professional and caring, truly impressive support on the ground. The hotel was 5 star, transport was luxury and very comfortable, and Nabila apu was always helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, the entire journey was smooth, well organised, and stress-free. I am really grateful to the whole As-Safar team and would highly recommend them to anyone planning Umrah, especially first timers.
