I have come back from umrah recently. I have a very good experience with As Safar. There service was excellent from the beginning to the end.Specially sister Aysha Ahmed who works from Bangladesh.from my booking she was always clear about what I will have what service I will receive. How to book my Rawdah entry from the Nusuk app and make sure I put the date and year correctly.and the staff at Makkah and Madina was very friendly and helpful.the transport service was good from airport to Hotel. Makkah to Madina . I will recommend everyone who is planning to go to umrah. To go with As Safar.

The service this team provides is the most amazing i have ever come across. We had chaperones receive us from one point to the next ensuring our entire journey was supported and never left alone to find our own way. The transport and drivers were top class too. Above all the guide did the umra with us on arrival at 3am! The guide was the official english translator for the Haram, ( originally from birmingham) he explained everthing in detail as did the other guides for other tours we did. This is what made the experience that much more special. Look no further!

Chose this company on recommendation of others. Good thing we did. They acted professionally from start to finish. A very customer focused company. They organised the visa's, transport, and umrah guide and assistance too for a competitive price. Tariq Mas did an excellent job in organising our transport in Saudi where we travelled in GMC cars. Alhamdhulillah everything went really smooth from booking our tickets, performing our Umrah and returning back home. They gave us great deal on the price and our hotels were great for Makkah and Medina (medina hotel was more or less on the mosques door step).
